Terms and Conditions
Quiltshop map advertisers only
Your contract with quiltvisionusa.com for advertising on the Quilt Shop Map
for your state is as follows;
1.Advertiser acknowledges that quiltvisionusa.com immediately begins
incurring expenses for layout, production, bookkeeping etc. and advertiser
therefore agrees this contract, whether oral, verbal or written cannot be
rescinded at any time from the date of placement of custom artwork and
map design.
2. Partial payments are non-refundable. If turned over to collection all
necessary costs and expenses of collection including court fees and
reasonable attorney fees, shall be recoverable in addition to monies owed.
3.quiltvisionusa.com's liability on any account, including errors in or
omissions of ad copy, shall in no event exceed the amount of this contract.
Advertiser also agrees responsibility to proof such ad rests solely upon
them. All proofs shall be available ONLY online at www.quiltvisionusa.com.
4.Advertiser understands that this agreement is a two (2) part process. Part
(A) is appearance of advertisers ad online at www.quiltvisionusa.com Part
(B) is final delivery of maps to advertiser.
5.Advertiser shall be entitled to a refund of monies paid, and no damages of
any nature shall be allowed against Quiltvisionusa.com for failure to deliver
at minimum part A of this agreement. Failure on the part of
Quiltvisionusa.com to deliver at least Part (A) within 365 days of this
contract shall entitle advertiser to such refund. Advertiser also agrees that it
is not entitled in any way to a refund due to advertiser closing its business at
any time during and after this contract.
6. All advertising must be paid in full prior to publishing date or at
Quiltvisionusa.com's option, advertisement may not appear.
7. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.
